Here is how to order for qualified veterans who receive 2 free pairs of HipSavers:

  1. Complete this order form and include the DVA number (also known as a K number).
  2. Email your completed form to our customer service team at [email protected]
  3. All paperwork including contacting Veterans Affairs to confirm eligibility is completed by our customer service team. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
  4. Your order is processed and shipped once eligibility is confirmed by Veterans Affairs.

Note: We are unable to process orders on our website for Veterans who qualify for 2 free pairs of Hip Savers. You must complete the steps listed above.
